BUG dll:

I'm sorry if this has been listed and posted before, but upon searching I came up with nothing but this thread (supposedly merged BAT's and BULL's) which I don't know how it deals with History Rewritten.

In the game BUG options screen many options you can either click to turn on or off are grey'ed out, rendering the options unusable. The message pop-up reads, "this feature requires BUG dll (BULL)"

How do I fix the problem so that all features are working? Is it above in the thread I listed? Which do I download and where do I place in mod files?

Sorry I am not computer savvy! Any help appreciated, and I only ask this help because this mod is incredible! Great work!

BULL is an optional addition to BUG; the latter is included in HR, but the former is not. The reason for this is that BULL doesn't work on the OSX version of BTS. If you're using Windows BTS then it should theoretically be possible to add BULL to your installation of HR. The download you need is here.

To install you need to copy everything in BULL's 'Assets' folder to the same location in HR's 'Assets' folder. However, there are two files that overlap with files in HR. Firstly, there is GameFont.tga. Do not replace this file, or HR will break. Everything should still work without it, you'll just get a missing or incorrect symbol for the airport citybar indicator.

The second file is GlobalDefinesAlt.xml. You will need to merge the contents of BULL's version of this file into HR's.

I've never tried to do this as I play and develop HR on OSX. I can't guarantee that it will work, but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't. If you give it a go, let me know how you get on.
