Bug in 3.2.1 Organized Religion (Policy) not applied

Organized Religion is supposed to add +1 faith to shrines and temples, but my shrines still only had +1 for some reason?

This is very odd. I'll investigate further, and thanks for bringing it up.

It works. It just doesn't show up in that tooltip.

If you look at the city in your screenshot, it gets 3 faith per turn. 1 faith from the silver, 1 faith from the Shrine and 1 faith from policies.

Ah! That very much might be true! I just assumed the building would get the +2 on the tooltip, but Thal hasn't ported over the tooltip enhancement from GEM yet right?
