How to combine BUG mod with a custom mod? Is that possible.

I think I try this first myself and I tell here what happened. Because some custom MODS don't contain that BUG mod. I like that advanced interface on that mod: Clock time, unit orders, unit movement speed showed more accurately and other tweaks.
