When one of my bases built the covert ops center, the audio for the sky hydroponics lab ( I think ) played. This is an error and I will try to debug the problem.

There is a specific sub-forum at CGN (see my sig) for reporting bugs. There are a lot of bugs already reported there.

Can't confirm. Sounds like you have a bad installation or not patched correctly. I don't make any changes to facility's audio in unofficial patch but maybe one of official patches fixed bug with this.
