spThere is no way to access the Tutorial/Guided Experience as mentioned in the manual.
(I have Read the Manual from beginning to end.)

I have installed the game on two different computers with different hardware to check and re-check this.

The files for the Guided Experience can clearly be seen in the Tutorials folder, yet there is not a way to select this on the in-game menus.

Before you start a new game, go to Options and confirm that under the first tab the Hide Adviser Intro is not checked.

When you start a new game, ADVISR should pop up with some options. The first option is to select your experience level -- either New to Civilization (if this is your first game of Civ) or New to Beyond Earth (if you've played Civ before). The second option on that screen is to select either Advice Only or Full Guidance. Select Full Guidance.

"This has nothing to do with accessing the Tutorials"

From the Manual.
GUIDED EXPERIENCE
Civilization: Beyond Earth utilizes several systems to help players learn the
game. While starting a new game, the player will have an option to start
a Guided Experience game. This will automatically launch into a game of
Civilization: Beyond Earth on a pre-built map using a pre-defined loadout
(“Setup Game” is skipped).
This will deliver interstitial tutorials with
screenshots that match the map in the game. After the loading screen, the
first interstitial tutorial will launch.

There is no option to start a GUIDED EXPERIENCE game which would launch the
pre-built maps using a pre-defined loadout Skipping the "Setup Game" selection.

The first Guided Experience being Tutorial_1_MovementAndExploration.lua
the Second being Tutorial_2_FoundCities.lua
the third being Tutorial_3_ImprovingCities.lua
the forth being Tutorial_4_CombatAndConquest.lua
the fifth being Tutorial_5_Diplomacy.lua

These tutorials are like the ones in Civ V when selecting Tutorial from the
Single Player Menu.

The steps you described in your reply are the:
ADVISOR MESSAGES:
Advisor messages are intended as an aid to all players new to Beyond
Earth, both those who have no prior experience with Civilization and
those who are already avid Civilization fans. Some advisor messages
have buttons linked to a related interstitial tutorial, should you need
additional help.
:as described in the manual.

This has been the only way to get any help or advice in the game, but these
messages are not the Tutorials describing how to move and explore, or use
diplomacy with other players or faction leaders.

If you look in the game directory inside the *game install dir\Tutorials\
you will see what I am trying to explain.

**Images of menus used are from Civ V for clarity, meant to be an example
of choices we should be seeing.

I was looking thru the files, and the tutorial files seem to be the EXACT same ones from Civ V. I tried it as a seperate mod in both Civ V and BE. Naturally, it worked on Civ V, but didn't on this game.

This is unfortunately a manual problem. The offending line is: "This will automatically launch into a game of Civilization: Beyond Earth on a pre-built map using a pre-defined loadout (“Setup Game” is skipped)."

A bit earlier in development, this was correct (which is why it's printed, as manuals need to be printed before the game is complete), but we ended up changing the flow of the tutorial system.

When you select "Full Guidance" when you load into a game, some Advisers will also have a "Show Me" button, which launches a pop-up to walk you through important game concepts. Very different from the more traditional Civ V tutorials.
