Bug with C3C v1.22 patch! (Warning big pictures involved!)

I downloaded C3C v1.22 and when i click to install it then this pups up!

I click YES! then it installs it!
But when I click on the game this pops up!

And I know when this shows up I need a crack so I look in this site and there is no crack! so I use my C3C CD and copy the crack and paste it in the wright place!
And when I start the game!? well look at this mess!

NO! I have to have CD in the drive if I'm going to start the civ. If thats what are you saying.
