bug with lune tuner selected city tab

hi guys,
I rencenty update civilization 5 (or v) to his recent update and now, I got a bug with firaxis live tuner, the selected city tab were all in black, nothing to configure, just a screenshoot to vizualise it.
I've tried to unistall-install ant it's doesn't work.
Please help me
