I found something , don't know if it's a bug , but it seems so. I did everything mentioned in the common checklist , but the bug still remains. I had this issue until now with "Metal Casting" and "Engineering". When the timer for this research reaches 5 rounds left the counter stops and i'm not able to pick another Research. (finished in the UI , but still 5 rounds left in the techtree)It shows , that the research is finished. I can build the buildings or units from the research , but i can't pick a new research. It remains at 5 rounds left in the techtree. This issue occured in three games with only this mod running.
So basically I can't get past the medieval age , because the research stucks there. With (v102) it works without problems.
