Build a settler in size 2 city and abandon it.

It doesn't work!

When I build a settler in a size 2 city it simply delay's production untill it hits size 3. Without asking me if if I want to delay production, abandon the city or zoom in to it.

I can command the city to abondon directly, but then I won't have a settler to build it elsewhere.

I know this should be possible becouse I've seen it on zachriel's website.

I've never heard of this trick, but what do I know? Are you sure it's not a PTW bug that was exploited by Zachriel?

Hm, it should work. There may be some conditions met first though, like is it newly captured city, etc. I don't know, just guessing.

To abandon the city into a settler, the city has to be making +0 food per turn surplus (ie. not starving and not growing).
