So you get a quest that requires you build 12 libraries (on a Huge Map) to store your knowledge. You complete it. What do you get? +2 Science from your library, singular. That's right, you get +2 science to one library (in the city with your highest science rate). +2 science for a whole quest? Is that a joke? AFAIK, no other quest in the game gives such a poor reward. I don't know if +2 Science from all libraries is too powerful, but something better than a total bonus of +2 Science needs to be done.
It's alright if you have the Great Library, as it gives you another science specialist there. That's not great, but it doesn't certifiably stink.
