Armakoir submitted a new resource:

Builder > Engineer - Builders obsolete into functional (Military) Engineers

This mod treats the Military Engineer as a later game Builder.

Why? Mostly because the AI is building Engineers for the purposes of building improvements and rushing districts and wonders, but it can't really utilize them as such. So, they just wander around. Now they fulfill a purpose.

Say goodbye to the AI's hording of Engineers.

Notes:

• Builders now obsolete into (Military) Engineer with the Military Engineering tech.
