Bulk mater transmiter

Some observation and Questions.
in my manual it is writen "the bulk mater transimeter. +2 minerals at every base " . in reality is more like 50 % minerals production (my bases produce more then 4 minera, average 20 befor the bulk mater transimiter ).
question :1 is this a bug or an error in manual ?
Energy bank write later energy grid - increase energy reserve by 50% I cheked once and sawthe energy bar production increase by 50% .
Q2 :do it add to research ?
Q3 : Quantom converter , what is the prerequire structure?
never found it in my build option ,gengack factory,robotic assembly plant ?
i get them only after building the singularity inductor
obsrevation Tree farm - when I finish to build a "Tree farm " a normal no poluting base(eco damage=0 ) begin to make ecological damge the "Hybrid forest" even worst, I am talking about base size 6 and over with most square are forest with at least 3 crawler outside for extra mineral and Nutrient .

if you have any of the production buildings,these will also increase that 2+.its not a just flat +2 after all other things have been calculated

It adds 2 Minerals to your base production. Once you factor in Genejack Factories, Nanoreplicators, Robotic Assembly Plants, etc., the number is much larger.

most base no jenjack factory or any facility who multiply mineral production.
but most have some crawler outside ( some minining station were build before and some Aerospace complex as well ).i will compare base production before and after the bulk mater transmiter and see if it is +2 or more like 50% more
