Bunch of Dragon and CotD questions

Since the Kurioates leader is really Eurubates, do the get screwed over other than loosing probably thier only hero if he gets wasted, like the Mercurians and Basium?

Also, is the CotD ever going to get disciple units, at least for Shieam and Kurioates, or heroes that appear earlier in the game? Something like a "Prophet of the Dragon" or something?

Can Disciple units of other religions end up with the CotD promo if thier home city is "infected" with the cult?

Here you go, in revese order:
Any units built in a city with CotD can begin with that promotion. It will do them no good, as all it does is give a chance to defect to the holder of the

CotD holy city, and a certainty to defect if a dragon roars nearby.
No plance on other heroes, late game heroes are simply one way these civs play differently from some others.

It may make sense on some level to penalize Cardith Lorda more severly for losing their hero, but it isn't planned. That mechanic works well for Basium & Hyboream, but probably won't be more widely applied.

Eurabatres is more like a mentor than the actual leader of the Kuriotates. When he takes shape, Cardith is still the leader of the Kuriotates, and would remain so after Eurabatres dies. Besides, it is not certain that his earthly representation dying necessarily means the bit of him in Lorda's head dies too.
