Buying Buildings/Units in CivWin

I am playing CivWin and can't see any buy button if I want to instantly buy a unit or bldg for thee next go. Can anyone help?

Can't tell you anything exact, but chances are it's near the production box, or the change project button.

Tried looking around there already but can't find it. I've included a screen shot to see if anyone can help.

There isn't a button to press but if you press B then it gives you the option to do the quick buy
