Do you approve of the fallowing artical:

Article IV: Exploration
The nations of Civ3Brasil and Fanatica hereby agree to the fallowing:
1. The exploration by sea with only on curragh per nation. This curragh may go into the cultural borders of both nations.

2. The exploration of land in each other’s territory: Each nation is allowed one worker in the other nation’s cultural borders. This worker is to be protected from barbarians. Outside of cultural borders each nation may have one warrior to explore. Blockading of any form is strictly forbidden.

3. Both nation may agree to use more units for exploration, with mutual consent of both nations.

4. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of its signature and shall be effective for 50 turns, meaning from the turn 60 to the 109, and may be renewed as the parties agree to do so. With mutual consent, any article may be changed and new ones may be created. When there are 10 turns left for the agreement, the parties will start to renegociate this agreement

I need an answer by Saterday morning.

Edit: added part about duration

3/4 Yes.
1/4 : curraghs can't attack efficiently and can certainly not transport troops. I'd like a higher limit than 1 on curraghs. 3 looks better to me.

about point 4: Let's keep the timeframes matching the other agreements. It's no use when the "We are allies" treaty expires and perhaps go to war against eachother to still be legally present with units exploring.

3/4 > 1/4 so I voted yes

Oi. Why the juristic language? And couldn't you have polled the sea and land exploration parts separately?

Anyway, about sea exploration I suppose a limit on number of curraghs isn't an issue as they're harmless, except for blocking.

The land exploration part is ok. :)

Seems good enough. I gave a vote no to not make us seem desparate ;)
