That may be the case now, but how do we know if they are building up are not? How wil lwe know in five turns? Ten? Fifty? We need to be prepared

We always got the comparison by the millitary advisor ,and afcourse given our alliance information about millitary capabilety's might be obtained by the embassy's.

Looking at our military at the moment gives us a clue to the fact that they are not building up. Not much is necessary become equally powerful to us! We only have two javs and six warriors. Imagine what an impact only one immortal would have! Really, they're not building up.
