Last time we've given Alphabet and Warrior Code for Iron Working. The editor says the tech costs is 5+3=8 in exchange for 6. So we had a credit of 2 [name your unit]. This deal is 8+8=16 for 2+4+12=18. So that would set it straight. That's how Joker and I concluded it.
