C3C crashes after MP

C3C always freezes for me after I finish a Conquests game. Anyone know why?

I am still on version 1.00, haven't bothered to install the patch yet. I have a reasonaly decent computer, XP, and this is my only problem with Conquests (besides the addiction)

Help me please!!!

Edit: After reading the instructions (I know, I know . . . ), this has happened after every single MP game I have ever had, a screenshot is unecessary, I haven't put in any patches, and the expected result is for C3C to peacefully close, and not make me minimize to windows, and close it the hard way (right click, close it, etc)

- The first thing to do is naturally to install the patch, start a new MP game, and see whether the problem persists. They don't make those patches for no reason, and certain MP bugs have been resolved in it.
- Furthermore, if you have PtW, does it happen with PtW for you too?
- You say it happens "after MP". You mean when the game is completed (i.e. won/lost) or just when you quit from it? Are you hosting the game or not? Do you play LAN or Internet?
- Also, you first write "after MP" and then "after I finish a conquests game". Does that mean it only happens in MP, not SP? And is it only in a scenario, and not in an epic game?

This did not happen with PTW.

It happens when I am trying to close C3C after a MP game. I have not completed the game, I am just trying to quit from it.

This only happens in MP, not in SP.
