C3C new features don't show up

For some reason, the new features show only in the scenarios (WWII etc.). If I choose civ-content and try to play a normal game in a europe map, i just get PTW features, not conquests. If I go through map editor, and make it a c3c file, it still wouldn't work.

What shall I do? If I can't do anything can someone make a map with c3c features and Europe -terrain?

It has got PTW rules because it was made in the PTW editor. simple enough.

Go into the conquests editor and choose file, import and then check only map then you should have a europe map for conquests.
