Hmm... sounds like some bad blood between the Sumerians and Babylonians. One of our warriors is in the area to observe the situation and act as a peacekeeper if the conflict escalates. Or maybe he's just lost.

Good King Stuart, one of your warriors seems to have entered our territory. Much as I enjoy unannounced visits from my Sumerian friends, such things could be perceived as an act of aggression. But I'm sure your warrior will remove himself from our territory by next turn and not force me to take measures to defend my borders.
