Spain still refuses to talk to me.

Well, don't put the blame on me. Spain declared war on me the turn after I offered them peace and cities back. I also moved my troops so I was not to blame. Apparently it is linked to the peace between Spain and England.

What do you want me to do ? Stay there and wait for their attacks ? They have made their choice and I am not giving cities back. After all they sneak-killed French soldiers after France had been real generous.

The present is a declaration of war from the Ottoman Emperor against France, and alliance with the United Kingdom and Spain.
The arrogance and disrispect of France will be punished: Allah is with us !

I lost 3 Sipahi and the last Imperial Guard with 2 life managed to send back 4 Sipahi uninjured, before surrendering

Wow

I counted them up. Sometimes I have trouble counting but I got 18 cossacks, 19 grand batterys and 29 guard.

As I cannot raze and it is a VP point location, I hate retreating but it is the only reasonable thing to do. Don't expect any crumbs left in the cupboard though!
