Who has the turn right now ?

I have it and there's seems to be a problem: My production phase (etc.) completes immediately when I start the game. All my cities have produced one turn of shields, I've lost 52 gold (as per my start placement 5.5.0 which leaves me at -52gpt) and I have one turn or research towards nationalism, as well as other similarities. This isn't how it's supposed to be, is it? I know the single player version isn't, anyway.

Punkbass, real sorry for the delay.
That happens when one runs too many rabbits (French for doing too many things at the same time). Saw your post, needed to do something else before then it kind of got lost in the crowd.
Sorry for that, usually I stick around until it is really launched.

About the issue, I have checked but don't really know what the problem is. Usually it is linked to the use of the skip first turn flag.
It should not be linked to the change of play order so I am at a loss here.

Well, if everyone gets the same 'bonus' (though I feel losing 52 gold off the bat is a disadvantage ) it shouldn't be a huge problem, I hope.

Yes, we have started though I don't know whether a restart is in order.

I phoned Sparhawk..... It seems he should have his turn done in the next 2 days- he just had to sort out some modem issues or something (being fixed now apparently)

I'm sure he'll let you know once he has had his turn.

I've received the game from Sparhawk just this morning.... should be able to finish it tonight and keep the wheels turning.

Is Brachra able to play this game? I see he asked a question about using PTW and unless I'm mistaken he hasn't confirmed since then, if he's able to. It seems this game is very close to dying unless we get it kicked up a notch. Nearly a week started and I haven't even received the first turn !

Brachra are you able to play or do we need a sub ?

It is a concern about the availability of Brachra............Hopefully we can have some answers soon........

What are we doing with regards to turn logs/descriptions???

James is playing before you and brachra after you so it is normal you get the save (provided it is attached ! of course) then you send it to brachra.

I'll try it again.... It looked as though it worked, but i saved it (the email) as a draft so that might have removed the attachment.......i'll resend asap.

I originally thought the same as you, but it told me to send it to you at end of my turn.

It feels like it will be a lot of fun.... I have just re-sent it to your requested address- it shows it as a 223kb attachment- so i'm fairly sure it has worked this time.
