Calabims???

No it's just that he's getting one extra from everything. Try it it adds up.
Like 10 hammers from 4 sources is 14 hammers, +110% is 29.

Or 11 food from 4 sources is 15 food.

Or 32 gold from from 8 sources is 40, minus 2 (one from maintenance and one from obelisk) equals the 38 in 27 science + 11 treasury.

Not for culture though.
 
I did already report this bug somewhere (for ver 0.22 as i remember). Some of the Calabim cities may have extra food and, as i see now, some commerce and hummers. I think it may arise when you feed your vampires in those cities. Did you do it?

Cool, i guess my theory was wrong. I've got to try the calabim.

it only took start a new game as Calabim, enter the editor and add the Governor's Manor to see that it's not that, or not that alone :)

I think the GM could still be involved though. It could be feeding to vampires + GM actually, if I'm not wrong the GM should benefit from unhappy citizens, and feeding to vampires creates unhappy citizens...
 
I personally did not have vampires yet, so no feeding, it only started to occur at about th same time that I started building GM's.
