Can anyone send me an English patch if there's such thing?

I admit that I don't have an american version of the game, and I really regret it. I couldn't download the patches in time (like, I got the 1.21f patch when the 1.29 patch came out!) and I can't play the scenarios that others could play.
So... does anyone know if there's a such thing called an English patch or something relative to that?

Just download and use the 1.29f patch, the english version is the same as the american.
