Can I run this game?

I tried the demo and it ran fine but I'm mainly worried about how it does later in the game. Anyway, would my computer run this. I have a feeling the answer won't be good but what the hell.

512MB RAM
GeForce Ti 4400 128MB
Windows XP

I'm willing to reduce the graphics as much as I need to and whatever else I need to do to make it possibly work, I will.
