Can I win the game with my allied civ 2?

Hello sir, I have a problem with civ 2, I and my allied civilization successfully defeat all enemy. i want to win the game with my allied civilization. But it can't and i forced to cancelling alliance with my allied civ and start war with him . And I win the game and defeat my allied. Is there solution to resolve this all?

It's only possible if you're able to build a spaceship. However if your choice at the start of the game was conquest only the game doesn't allow you to build a spaceship. To build the spaceship you need the Apollo program wonder first. Then you can start building your spaceship. If your gametype is conquest this isn't possible. Then you have to defeat your allied civ.
