I loaded the 1.09 patch got the not upto minimum system requirments message. I did the change in the .ini file, set
[CONFIG]
; Don't show minimum specification warnings
HideMinSpecWarning = 0
to = 1
Now when I get to the menu screen and select start game or scenerio my screen goes back to my desktop. All I am allowed to do is look at the civelopedia and Hall of Fame.
