Can Small Wonder be rebuild when destoryed due to city got capture by enemy??

When the city with my Forbidden Palace was taken, I was offered the chance to rebuild it. Of course, the Forbidden Palace might be a special case.

survey saya your wrong! according to the manual small wonders can be rebuilt if destroyed by an enemy. only great wonders can never be rebuilt and their benifits lost forever.

It sure would be nice to be able to move the Forbidden Palace around like the regular Palace, though. Later in the game, it's almost never in the position where I'd want it then.
