Can some1 please exlain somethin to me

I don't understand how to attach civ data to an e-mail i tried it (just as a test) but I couldn't figure it out.....can some1 help me?

When you save a game, you get a file... let's say you save it as "Jeremiah.sav".

This is a normal file, which you can send as an attachment in an email, just like anyother file. Is your difficulty in knowing which file to send or just a difficulty in sending emails with attachments?
