can someone explain to me why it won't let me create a new race?

Okay, twice, i tried creating a new civilization which i always do with myself with conquests this time, and save it on conquests.biq. then, when i re-open conquests.biq, the new civ i created dissapeared, while the rest of the changes i made didn't.

so why is this happening?

Well, I've never created a new civ myself, but I'm pretty sure you need to delete another civ in place of the new one, since only 31 civs (and barbarians) are possible at a time.
This is because of memory issues or something.

okay then...and conquests just maxed it unlike PTW and Original....now who to delete/change....

If you play world maps, then delete the neigbor of the civ you are creating. Otherwise delete the Americans.
