Can someone make a map of Azeroth for BtS???

in title...I know that Blizzard doesn't want anyone to make a Warcraft Mod but is a map of Azeroth acceptable?

I hope to see a world of warcraft mod, with Trolls, Night Elves, Blood Elves, Humans, Dwarfs, Gnomes, Tauren, Undead, Orcs and Draeni lands!

And Outlands as islands too
