Can Someone Take A Look At My CIV?

I tried to create a practice civ by using CHARCOAL'S tutorial but it doesn't seem to work. I got an error the first couple of times I tried to load the mod but I got it fixed. The mod loads but the civ isn't available. I'm a total noob to CIVS and creating so please cut me a little slack if the problem is simple to fix. Please take a look for me, thanks in advance.

If the mod loads but the civ isn't available try holding 'SHIFT' when you start Civ4 for the first time.

There are some major caching issues with Civ4 that haven't been addressed - and maybe cannot be addressed.

Thanks I will try it. I've already manually emptied the cache, as I read in another post. It didn't work then but maybe this will.....

Nope no luck, same as before. The mod is loaded according to the upper right portion of the screen but no civ.
