Can somebody tell me how change traits of a nation

Start here -- http://forums.civfanatics.com/forumdisplay.php?f=394 -- with the modder's guide. Install ModBuddy from Steam.

Generally, the trait is part of the leader's information. So, for a specific nation, create a new leader with the trait implemented.

You will also have to override the leader information for the nation. There are some examples of how to do that in the leaders are of Creation & Customization.
