Can`t get Amry :(

Please help me. I have got a lot Elite units who win every battle. But they don`t produce leader.... Has anybody special strategy?

Not really, it's partially luck. You are probably just having a bad string of unlucky numbers from the RNG (random number generator). Just keep fighting and you should eventually have your luck turn around and get some leaders. Just remember that you can only have 1 great leader available at any time, so don't hold back a leader (use the leader ASAP, unless there is a very good wonder available in just a few turns), because that ruins your chances of generating more.

Edit: And one particular unit can only generate a leader once, but if you have 1.29f patch installed this is easy to see with the naming of the unit, but in older patches you wouldn't know. But once that unit has been upgraded it can generate another leader.

Some people have gotton several great leaders in one turn (used the great leaders before fighting more battles), while others have had 50-75+ battles with elite units and didn't generate any.

Just keep attacking with them and hope eventually one spawns a leader. If they don't, then that sucks...but most likely you should get one.

At least in Modern Age it's very easy to get a leader. Every unit that wins 2 battles in one turn is automatically promoted. So if you got the first units with blitz ability (tanks), all you have to do is to win 2 fights in one turn with an elite tank et voilà! (Of course you are not allowed 2 leaders the same time)
