Can You Do Anything When You Move The Wrong Spy?

Scenario- I have two spies.

One in Delhi has just stolen a technology and is now a three striper. I want to bring him back to my capital as Gandhi has a spy there trying to steal stuff.

My other spy is in China - has been there for a while and is about ten turns away from filching something.

I get distracted and remove the spy from China rather than the one from Delhi.

I've noticed immediately. Instead of cursing profusely, is there anything i can do to reverse the situation short of going back to the last auto save?
