So I accidentally clicked on the wrong hex for placing my harbor. A turn has not progressed yet. I am unable to cancel the location/production towards the district. Is there a way to do so I'm not finding via google/civ manual?

Nope. Once you place it, that's it. It's also why I've set up the auto-save to save every turn and keep 10 saves. I make that kind of mistake quite often, too.

Ya you should be able to sell districts, give you gold and production, but doing so also sells any building you built there. And at the very least you should be able to cancel building them.

Concur, starting from a save is the best bet for now. Not sure why the locked in disctricts this way, must be something about their desire to make you think hard before committing yourself to a location. I appreciate that and abide by it, though I've later had regrets about a particular placement decision. Civ VI stresses decisions even more than the earlier Civ games.

No you shouldn't, that's part of the game. I really hope they won't change how it is right now. Once you place district, there's no going back.

Ya wait until you conquer a city with poor district set up, then tell me how you feel. lol. Oh great I'm so glad this city has an entertainment and theater district nowhere near each other. And one of them was built on the only sport you could build an aqueduct. Its not like cities need production, commerce, or housing...

They should allow you to fix a misclick.. or at least have a "are you sure you want to place this district here? Y/N" popup
