Cannot begin a PTBS game

Hopefully this is a simple question. I've attempted to setup a Pitboss game for Warlords for myself and 2 other friends of mine. We've played Direct IP games before but once we're all ready to start in the staging room, it never provides us the option to launch the game. And the Finish button is greyed out on the PTBS. I can start a PitBoss game without anybody logged in but I would have to manual choose which civs they want to play before hand. Is that how it suppose to be done or am I missing something.

I have the same problem. All users have selected a civ and have the "finished" checkbox marked, but the start game button in pitboss is still grey. Anybody?

I would recommend not letting anybody sign into the game until it is already launched. There is no need for them to log in and click Finished, because everyone can long in after the server is up and running.

I figured as much, that is what I have been doing. It just seems odd to that you can allow players to join and select their civ and click ready and not be able to launch it in that manner.

Yeah, this should work. Setting up a game as anonymous doesn't make sense otherwise.
