"Cannot load versoin 302, expected 301 or lower"

I'm getting this message a lot when trying to open posted games. I'm pretty sure I downloaded the 3.19 patch a while back, but I wouldn't know where to look to verify this. Can someone help me rid myself of this problem?

At the start of the game look in the Advanced option then About this build.

My version patched to 3.19 reports as follows:

Civ Version: 319
Save Version: 302
Build Version: 3.1.9.0 (128100)
Build Date: Thu May 14 15:17:10 2009
Build: FINAL RELEASE

If you used the in-game update it probably hasn't patched. Download the patch outside of the game and if using vista/Win 7 right click on the patch and choose run as administrator.

I downloaded 3.19 again and I believe the issue is resolved now. Thanks for your help!
