"Cannot locate the CD-ROM"

I bought the game today. Installed it, started it, wont work. Says "Please insert the correct CD-ROM, select OK and restart application." What to do?
Please, help me. I want to play this game.

EDIT: I have the DVD-version of the game.

EDIT2: I had pirate version of the game, but i unistalled it and unmounted CD. I stop pirating and BUY the game and it won't even work!

Try insalling the game on someones cpu that doent have a clue nor has pirated anything ever and see if it lets you play.

Might be some copy protection spyware stuff that is doing its job.)

Hi there peeps

To sort out this problem, set up a new User on XP - Set it as a limited user.

This is how I got it to work!

If not, you might need to uninstall the software you used to make a ripped copy.
