Cannot select a Resource upon City Expansion

When it comes to city expansion upon population growth, if you select any tile with a resource, i get this screen.

Not only are no resources shown, if I try to click the red [X] to exit, nothing happens. This has happened on multiple cities. Never had this happen prior to the new patch.

I have the exact same issue. I've got most of my mods still active, but Resource Resorts has already been updated and on workshop. Are you using any mods?

Just an update, I have deleted all resource related mods from CivMods and unsubscribed from Resource Re-Sorts, and I'm still having the issue. Were you able to get it to work @Kmart_Elvis ?

I haven't had this issue but i deleted all mods via CivMods and installed those that are available on Steam including Re-sorts. Are you running mods only via CivMods, or are you using Steam also?

I haven't deleted everything from CivMods yet.

I guess that's the next step.

Issue solved. For me. I took an axe to my modlist instead of doing it scientifically. I cut everything but my most favorite mods on CivMods, and it's working now. Couldn't tell you which one(s) caused the problem. I deleted over half my mods including community bugfix.

I'm attaching a screenshot of the mods I have verified compatible with workshop that will not cause this issue. Obviously the ones that have workshop versions are not on the list. The only one not listed that I still have installed is Sukritact's Simple UI Adjustments because I didn't want to make a second snip for one mod!
