can't download from this site

when I try to download files from this site I am told the server can't be found at
"http://https//rapidshare.com/files/369355014/The%20Finnish%20Civilization%20%28v%201%29.zip"
as an example. but it happens for everything.
HELP!!!

From where is the download?
Because it seems to be linked incorrectly, correct would be https://rapidshare.com/files/369355014/The Finnish Civilization (v 1).zip
If it has been linked in the mod's thread like in your post, then you should notify the author of the mod that he linked it incorrectly.
