Can't even connect to multiplayer.

"Internet" is grayed out, and unclickable.

It's like every time I try playing this game, something else doesn't work.

How can I fix this.

Close and restart steam manually. Try again. It happens sometimes for me.

The built in regional games list not the greatest anyway, you do not see all the game being played around the world. Better to come to steam chat room like the one we offer at Civplayers.com. The links to our chat are in my sig, and it is open to all players to find games, you do not have to join the league but may if you wish, it doesn't limit your game options it only increases them.
