Can't find Gods and Kings DLC

Yesterday I had brought and installed the Gods and Kings DLC but now when I start Civ 5 now there is no DLC menu and I can't find G & K anywhere. It's really annoying and I have been wanting to try it out for ages. Please help.

Could you please check if there is a G&K subfolder present in your Civ5 folder?
(which should be located somewhere within the Steam folder)

There may not be such a thing. If you right click on Civ5 in steam, it should be in the list of DLC. If it is not, then it is probably not registered right in steam. I am sure that you can unlink DLC, but I have never tried to do so in order to just play vanilla Civ5.

DLC is the last option on the very first option screen, when you choose between single player, multiplayer, mods, options.
