Can't get 319

Okay. I tried to go online, but I got told to download patch 319. I did, and it didn't work. After searching the internets (and arriving at a thread in this site) it turns out I had to install 317, and so I did.

HOWEVER, 319 still just downloads. I don't know where to find it to install it, and am quite frankly stumped. The game is off a CD, only one version installed, and currently running 317.

Do not use the in-game update, it doesn't work for 3.19
Download the 3.19 patch outside of the game from here: http://forums.civfanatics.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=12576
Save it somewhere you can find it such as your desktop
to run the patch if you have Vista or Win 7 right click on the .exe and choose run as administrator, otherwise just doubleclick on it to run.
