Can't get bts working. Need help

I have problem. I can't play bts, becouse when i open it from .exe file, I get an error like this:



So here is the story:
I had installed civ4 long time ago. I came back from abroad and saw that new patch was out. I downloaded ingame patch 1.74. Installed it and then i got same error like on the picture. So i uninstalled civ 4 and deleted all it's folders. Installed civ4 again and applied 1.61 patch. Meanwhile I got bts and installed it after civ4 installation. All the process went well, but when I tried to play bts, this error occurred....

Conclusion: I managed to get civ4 to work with the newest patch, but bts don't want to work :S.

Could anyone help me?

I had this error message after installing BTS and then uninstalling Warlords.
I managed to get around it by unistalling everything (civ4 & BTS)and then reinstalling just civ4 and BTS. BTS installed all the new patches and dx9c. Everything now works fine (with all body parts crossed)
