Make a note in your personal starcruiser logbook that scenarios from this "friend" way have a chemical problem.
I wouldn't put this one in the record book as your first game of civ3 because it is too weird to be anything like what the game is supposed to be.
Your workers were set with 15 moves each turn istead of the normal 1 and the Aegis cruisers had bombard range of 8 plus a rate of fire of 4 at a bombard strength of 30 combined with 11 movement strokes.
Nothing in the game setup that you got from your buddy even remotely works together and it is hard to tell what all has been screwed up in the game settings. At these settings you had no opportunity to even remotely gain a feel for what needs to go on in the game. This setup has the look of Civ3 on steroids, crack cocaine, heroine, and amphetamines all at the same time.
I cleared through the whole turn that you had setup and killed every enemy on the big continent obliterating Rome and then went Gestapo on the high seas and and sank over 50 submarines and other warships using all those gazillions of Aegis cruisers you built.
Back up a few steps and try to get a feel for how the game really works and then "Just say No." to goof ball mod packs that turn off all the though processes in the game.
You will find lots of great articles on different topics about the game here on Civfanatics and after you get a little feel for how the game works then you can make some informed decisions about adding new stuff.
As a little courtesy hint, avoid using offensive and blatantly immature names for cities and victorious units particularly if you wish to have other people look at the games.
Good luck,
