Can't install Beyond the Sword anymore

Running on Win7.

I have the original disc and installed from it couple of times before with no problems to this same computer.

Now when I run the install program it goes smoothly till the final step -- It doesn't begin to install anything from the disc. Nothing happens. Few times I waited and it started clearly reading the disc but still nothing happened. The disc is in fine condition of course.

So, what the

edit. oh yeah, its actually the civ4 complete pack I'm talking about .. if it really matters

Try copying the contents of the disc to your hard drive and install from there.
