Can't install demo

When I try to install the demo, it says DirectX needs to be installed, but I already have 9.0c. I redwlded it (9.0c), and said it was already setup. Help? Also, Nvidia drivers are up-to-date too.

I have the same problem, the neverending Direct X install loop. I have no idea on how to fix it. I have my ATI drivers up to date as well.
