I was building and launching all the parts for my ship from my capital. Then for some reason, the option to launch them disappeared. I launched the 3 boosters, but now the engine, stasis chamber and cockpit are just sitting outside my capital. I can move them to the capital, but the option to launch them never shows up. Help.

Please check to see if another unit, like an idle worker or a Great Person, is currently sitting in your capital city.
If so, you'll need to move that other unit out of your city first, before trying to move a spaceship part in and trying to assemble it.
