So far, it's been impossible for me to load a scenario I've been making. Making the map smaller and making the map bigger does nothing to change it. Can anyone help?

Here's the link to it.

Any kind of error messages or anything like that pop up when you try to load it or is it just not showing up at all? Also are you trying to load it in the editor or in the game itself?

It just freezes. And it's only the game; it works fine in the editor.

Okay, I'm downloading it now to see if it will load on my laptop. In the meantime, is there a lot of stuff on the map like units, cities, etc.? Also are all the cities connected in a way that would allow them to trade with each other? I ask because stuff like that could be causing a really long load time for the scenario that would make it seem like it is frozen.

Do you have another link to your scenario? Every time I click on the link in your OP my browser freezes up.

I'm busy right now, but I promise to get it on AtomicGamer when I get home.

Okay, so I've downloaded your scenario and I am having the same problem you are. After trying a few basic solutions, nothing has worked. I have taken a cursory look at the files and file structure and so far it all seems good, so I don't see any glaring problems that might cause it not to load.

I have some work to do before I go to bed, so I will take a more in-depth look at your scenario tomorrow and see what I can turn up.

Roughly how many pre-placed cities and units are there, and how big is the map?

From what I have seen there is hardly anything pre-placed on the map and it's 130x134 so its not that big. This is pretty baffling.

Sorry I haven't responded in a while. I have been looking over everything and trying everything I can think of to get this scenario to load and I just can't do it. I'll keep trying though. Hopefully someone who knows a little more than me will take a crack at it and see something I'm missing.

I can't take a look at it myself t the moment, but try importing the areas (map, units, techs, etc.) that you've changed one by one into a new file. At least that way you can narrow down the cause.

It turns out that it can't read the flavour units. Which was almost the entire point of this mod.
